Service Cancellation Policy
Customers may request to cancel a scheduled consultation or service appointment.

Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered in the following situations:
- A service has not yet started

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the payment date.
Once a service project has started, refunds may be limited based on completed work, materials purchased, preparation costs, and resources already committed.
Non-Refundable Items and Services

- Customized project planning

- Labor costs already incurred
- Services delayed due to customer-requested changes or lack of required access
Project Adjustments and Corrections

We will review the concern and determine an appropriate solution, which may include:

- Corrections where applicable
- Project review and recommendations
Refund Processing
Once a refund request is reviewed and approved, we will process the refund through the original payment method.
