Service Cancellation Policy

Customers may request to cancel a scheduled consultation or service appointment.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered in the following situations:

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the payment date.

Once a service project has started, refunds may be limited based on completed work, materials purchased, preparation costs, and resources already committed.


Non-Refundable Items and Services

  • Work already performed
  • Customized project planning
  • Materials purchased specifically for a customer project
  • Labor costs already incurred
  • Services delayed due to customer-requested changes or lack of required access

Project Adjustments and Corrections

If you believe there is an issue with completed work, please contact us within 30 days after service completion.

We will review the concern and determine an appropriate solution, which may include:

  • Additional service adjustments
  • Corrections where applicable
  • Project review and recommendations

Refund Processing

Once a refund request is reviewed and approved, we will process the refund through the original payment method.
